Myrrh Health Alpha (“the site” and “the tool”) provides general educational information about published medical guidelines and literature. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using it does not create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship.

2. Consult a licensed clinician

Always discuss treatment decisions with a licensed clinician. Do not delay seeking, or disregard, professional medical advice because of anything you read here.

3. Emergencies

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.

4. In development; no warranty

The tool is in development. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors, and medical guidelines change over time. The site and tool are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myrrh Health Alpha and its organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or tool.

6. Not a medical device

The tool is not cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and is not a medical device intended for diagnostic use.

7. Third-party content

Clinical guidelines and medical literature referenced by the tool belong to their respective publishers and authors. No affiliation with or endorsement by them is implied.

8. Not legal advice

Nothing on the site is legal advice.

9. Nonprofit status

Myrrh Health Alpha is being organized as a nonprofit. It is not yet a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Myrrh Health (myrrhhealth.com) is a separate, for-profit sister company.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
